In late 2017, a National Participation Process was funded and coordinated by the Scottish Human Rights Commission.
This involved eight events with rights holders in communities across Scotland, an online survey, and a national event on 10 December 2017 in Glasgow.
At the national event, nearly 200 people came together to look at UN treaty recommendations for human rights action in Scotland, actions completed in SNAP, the recommendations of the SNAP 1 independent evaluation and the key themes coming out of the local participation events.
